Job Description
- As a Clinical Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell medical/clinical products and solutions to healthcare providers. You will be required to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in your designated territory. Building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals is crucial for success in this role.
You will also be responsible for conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical training to clients. Identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and converting them into sales are key aspects of the job. Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities are essential.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to plan promotional events, seminars, and workshops will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities is necessary to excel in this role.
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in clinical or medical sales is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with strong interpersonal skills to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
As a female candidate, you must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, depending on client availability. Being self-motivated, target-oriented, and having strong time management abilities are essential qualities for success in this role.
