Role accountabilities:
Individual accountabilities:

• Data preparation solution architecture and Systems Integration
• Understand business requirements specifically on Project performance & Execution to support development of descriptive and predictive model (potentially leverage) methodology.
• Support development of an appropriate cloud-based RDBMS (or equivalent) to host data from different sources including different ERP systems, Oracle Analytics cloud and Tech initiated Common Data Environment.
• Coordinate interface with the Global BI, Sales and operations functions to enhance KPIs used in the dashboards based on the outcomes of Project Analytics studies.
• Support Senior Data Scientist on framework for data quality management (relevant for Project analytics), feedback and reporting mechanism (preferably automated process/tool
• Design and development of a Project Analytics Engine
• Support development of a descriptive model using key performance KPIs to identify systematic issues/challenges and perform root cause analysis.
• Support development of a service benchmarking tool to increase estimate accuracy in the pursuit stage and Improvement plans at delivery stage.

• Support development of a predictive project performance model trained on historic project performance data. Support in developing an early warning system which will act as decision support tool for better Go-No Go decision making and potential future project performance issues.
• Provide inputs to the Global BI team on project performance Dashboards (across ERPs) and Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards with the proposed Project Analytics.
• Support in developing interface with Professional services to develop internal performance management approach.
• Stakeholder management and communications
• Coordinate communication with PM community, Global BI and Tech function to align platform and data architecture.
• Work with Senior Data scientist to ensure strategic objectives of Project Analytics Engine are met
  

Key Shared Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Global Project Analytics Director, and Senior Data Scientist to design, build and operate the Project Analytics Engine.
• Collaborates with the Arcadis BI team to continue to build out the suite of dashboards for project performance monitoring globally.
• Coordinate collaboration on behalf of Project Analytics group with GBAs, Finance, Tech and InfoSec on data and business needs.
• Collaborate with Tech function Data and Platform vertical to align with Common Data Environment requirements.

• Collaborate with Oracle and other ERP (Deltek Vision, BST) leads to develop seamless data interface.
• Coordinate with Growth and Finance stakeholder on data access and data transformation.
  

Key Profile Requirements

• The preferred candidate should be able to demonstrate strong working knowledge of developing descriptive and predicative models. The candidate should have hands on experience analyzing structured and non structured data to derive statistical inferences. The candidate should have good understanding of cloud-based computing, systems integration, data visualization and User interface development. The candidate should be comfortable working in ambiguous environment and able to clearly communicate and work with stakeholders.
• Breadth of experience: The preferred candidate should have exposure to deal with data from various industries, preferably on business performance management.
• Data and technology: Adopting data-driven decision making, leveraging data to create and demonstrate value. Tech savvy and comfortable and curious about technologies. Knowledge of data science, data engineering with Python, R or equivalent programming tool is necessary.
