Arcesium seeks experienced professionals to join our Client and Partner Development team as Forward Deployed Solution Architect. In this role, the candidate will help bridge gaps between Arcesium’s platform and clients business requirements. The candidate will help show the customer value quickly and turn insights into scalable and repeatable long-term solutions. This position offers exciting opportunities to define the next generation solutions and collaborate with the brightest minds in the industry.
What You’ll Do

• Leverage your treasury expertise in collaborating with stakeholders during the crafting and concept development of a product. Ensure all stakeholders align with the strategic goals.
• Understand and translate specific client requirements around cash management, counterparty exposure, uncleared margin rules, portfolio financing and house margining.
• Deconstruct a treasury customer problem into component parts and design scalable solution using platform capabilities as building blocks.
• Understand a treasury desk’s requirements in leveraging platform capabilities to suggest appropriate solutions across financing or capital optimizations.
• 
  Develop and maintain and appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation, and have the ROI, risk analysis and product effectiveness incorporated.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate treasury product specification from design to solutions.
• Work closely with the engineers/architects to come up with Client specification to design, and then to the product itself.
• Rigorously and continuously evaluate the progress of client-in-flight by leveraging the available solutions/products and ensure compliance to the client specification.
• Helping in sales enablement process.
• Articulate business cases, estimate timelines and budgets and communicate with all stakeholders, prepare project plans etc.
• Work with other Project leads for projects cutting across multiple business areas to provide comprehensive business solutions.
  

What You’ll Need

Get Hired
• 9-14 years of experience working in the treasury middle and/or back-office space with a minimum of 2-3 years in product or solutioning domain
• Exposure and sound understanding of treasury processes like collateral management, margin calculation, portfolio financing, securities borrow/lend, etc.
• Experience working closely with engineers.
• An outstanding academic background and a passion to work in a high-tech software development environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality.
• A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
• A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess
