Job Description
- As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of residential projects from inception to completion. You will oversee junior architects, draftsmen, and design teams, ensuring that project requirements are met through effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants. Your role will involve reviewing and approving architectural plans to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design-related issues that may arise.
In the case of Junior Architect position, you will assist in creating architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models. Your collaboration with senior architects and project teams will be crucial in executing designs effectively. You will be expected to conduct research on materials, design trends, and construction techniques. Furthermore, participation in site visits and supervision activities under guidance will be part of your responsibilities. It will also be essential to ensure that all designs adhere to company standards and regulations.
For the Senior Architect role, we require candidates to hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMax, and related design tools is necessary. Experience with Rendering Software (Lumion/V-Ray) is considered essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also vital for this position.
As for the Junior Architect position, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture is necessary, with 2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMax, or similar tools is required. Familiarity with Rendering Software (Lumion/V-Ray) is a must.
