Job Description
- As a Graphics & 3D Animation Faculty at Arena Animation in Jalandhar, you will be responsible for training and mentoring students in industry-leading 3D software such as Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Blender, Autodesk Maya, and 3ds Max. Your practical industry experience and teaching skills will inspire and guide students towards successful careers in animation and VFX.
- Teach and train students in graphics, motion graphics, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, and rendering using Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max.
- Prepare and deliver engaging classroom and lab sessions.
- Assist students in developing their projects and professional portfolios.
- Stay updated with the latest industry tools, plugins, and trends.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and extra sessions for advanced learning.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum and training quality.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong proficiency in graphics, motion graphics & 3D software.
- Knowledge of additional software like ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unreal/Unity, etc. is a plus.

- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in 3D animation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and guiding them toward creative careers.
- Ability to manage classes effectively and maintain student engagement.
Arena Animation in Jalandhar is looking for a Full-time Graphics & 3D Animation Faculty. The salary is negotiable and will be based on skills & experience. If you have a Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, or a related field, and prior teaching/training experience in an animation institute, it is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong industry experience.,
