Job Description
- As an integral member of the Ares team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our success by leading software development efforts and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations and maintenance across the HR Tech ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT departments, and consultants to ensure seamless implementations and maintenance of the HR Tech ecosystem, with a focus on Workday.
- Leading software development efforts in languages/frameworks such as SQL, Python, MongoDB, and .Net.
- Documenting technical solutions and deliverables using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Assisting end users with application/system issues.
- Being available during both US PST hours and Ares India working hours to support US resources and guide the Ares India HR Tech dev team independently.
- Acting as a liaison to application architecture, business analysts, and PMO teams to ensure alignment of guidelines and processes across technology initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computing, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant HR domain experience, hands-on development experience, and a minimum of 3 years in a team lead/manager capacity. Strong knowledge and experience in Workday modules, software development in SQL, Python, MongoDB, and Jenkins, as well as experience with enterprise applications integration and data modeling.
