Job Description

You should have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in ASP.Net, .Net Core, and .Net MVC development. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server, and various JS frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS is required. Additionally, familiarity with advanced technologies such as Sharepoint, Power Platform, and M365 would be beneficial.

With a minimum of 2 years in a visible project leadership role, you should possess a solid understanding of Project Life Cycle management methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a sharp eye for detail are essential for this role.
As part of your responsibilities, you will need to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment and contribute positively to the business's future. Your duties will include working on technical and business processes, user interface design, web applications development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and trends.

Moreover, you will assist in updating and processing information, validating designs and standards, conducting coding, bug verification, unit testing, integration testing, and enforcing designs and standards across all applications. Your role will also involve implementing software changes, conducting meetings on software designs, and troubleshooting technical problems.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing enterprise coding standards, researching technical issues, creating custom controls, troubleshooting security problems, and validating business requirements. Undertaking major development initiatives will also be a crucial part of your role.,
