HR Business Partner - IT

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HRBP Head to drive the people agenda for our Pune office. This role will act as a strategic HR partner to business and functional leaders, while ensuring seamless execution across employee engagement, HR operations, talent management, culture building, and people processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology consulting environment and enjoy building scalable HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary HR partner for the Pune office, supporting employees and business leaders across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and workplace experience to foster a high-performance environment.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and people development initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations including onboarding, policy implementation, employee communication, compliance coordination, and HR governance.
- Work closely with talent acquisition teams to support hiring plans, onboarding experience, and talent integration.
- Identify people-related challenges proactively and recommend practical, business-aligned HR solutions.
- Support organizational growth initiatives, change management efforts, and HR process improvements.
Ideal Background:
- 8+ years of experience across HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or Site HR roles
- Prior experience working in technology, IT services, cloud consulting, engineering, or fast growing startup environments would be preferred.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and workplace practices.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and managing stakeholders in dynamic environments.
