Desired Candidate Profile:
- Provide Technical support to customers for product Dialer, voice logger.
- Undertaking installation and maintenance of Dialer, voice logger and other Aria Product.
- Managing customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Managing all the maintenance work for the Dialer, Voice Logger and other Aria Products.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
