Job Description
- As an Inbound Customer Support Representative based in Vadodara, you will be responsible for handling credit card inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to customers. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with credit limit adjustments, card replacements, and account updates, educating customers on benefits, rewards, and policies, maintaining records in CRM, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also be expected to meet performance metrics and ensure a positive customer experience.
To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. A willingness to work flexible shifts, predominantly day shifts, is required to succeed in this position.
