Product Management Associate - BFSI

Key responsibilities:
Marketing, client & executive materials (core focus):
- Support Global Head Product Management with executive level presentations
- Own periodic and ad-hoc updates of pitchbooks, fact sheets, DDQs, and related client-facing materials
- Own development of product marketing materials
- Support website and data room updates in close coordination with internal teams, ensuring alignment across all channels

Sales & distribution support:
- Support recurring sales tracking processes (e.g. weekly sales logs, books-out tracking)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow into systems such as Salesforce
- Support development of new dashboards and maintenance of existing ones
- Help scale processes as the number of distributors and products increases
Key requirements:
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills - strong visual judgment, clean structuring, and ability to work efficiently in complex decks
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similarly demanding environment
- Strong experience working with client-facing materials and complex documentation
- Highly structured, organised, and reliable, with strong ownership of deliverables
- Ability to work independently after onboarding, while meeting recurring deadlines
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and global teams across time zones
- Strong written and spoken English skills
