Job Description

As an Affiliate Marketing professional at Aristok, your role will involve managing campaigns across diverse verticals and inventories. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding various inventories across display, email, programmatic, and campaign types such as CPC, CPS, CPA.
- Monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of fraud detection platforms and implementing strategies to drive clean and valuable traffic for clients.
- Utilizing data sources, Google Analytics, and MMP platforms to deliver the best results for clients.
- Collaborating with POCs of various affiliate partners to optimize campaigns.

- Mentoring junior team members to support execution.
- Sharing campaign performance reports with internal and external stakeholders regularly.
- Assisting the finance team with spends data on various affiliate channels.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- A Bachelor's degree (preference in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in scaling campaigns across affiliate channels/partners.
- Strong knowledge of conversion funnels and optimization strategies.

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) along with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Enthusiasm about making an impact in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
