Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires a mix of operational excellence, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, along with client communication and team coordination.

MajorResponsibilities & Deliverables:

3-4 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads.

Track, optimize and report on PPC campaigns performance.

Analyze all online marketing channels & campaigns ensuring optimal ROI.

Dailyweb analytics and conversion optimization. Ideas for new traffic generation.

Planning and prioritizing the teams work.

Managing project work and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Strong Inter department coordination to avoid any confusion.
