Job Description
CRM Software, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, POS, Negotiation Skill, Communication, Client Follow-Up,
- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
- Answer queries about products or the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of customers regularly.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
- Taking and processing product orders professionally.

- Proven experience in Tele-sales, preferably in the software or tech industry, such as ERP, POS, SaaS sales, etc., is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of software products, SaaS.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and sales opportunities
