Job Description
The Mandate:
- Our client is building a focused ultra-luxury vertical.
- This role is not about selling interiors. It is about accessing and influencing India's ultra-affluent decision-makers and originating high-value, premium mandates.
- You will influence segment strategy, pricing, positioning, and referral architecture.
- Client is looking for a seasoned and mature professional who can:
- Open high-trust doors
- Engage founder-led businesses and C-suite leaders
- Convert elite relationships into multi-crore engagements
- Architect and scale client's ultra-luxury client ecosystem
- This is an opportunity to build and own a high-margin vertical within a scaling enterprise.
The Segment:
This role focuses exclusively on:
- Ultra-premium corporate environments
- Founder / CXO suites and headquarters
- Landmark, statement-making spaces
- Engagements typically valued in - 3 Cr - 20 Cr+ range
- Premium positioning above the - 6,000 per sq ft benchmark
- The emphasis is on exclusivity, discretion, and bespoke execution.

What You Will Own:
1. Ultra-Affluent Network Activation
- Leverage and deepen HNI / UHNI relationships
- Build structured referral ecosystems
- Engage private bankers, wealth managers, luxury brokers, and elite intermediaries
2. Premium Deal Origination
- Identify and convert ultra-premium corporate opportunities
- Lead high-trust, long-cycle engagements
- Navigate complex influence structures within promoter-led and Fortune 500 businesses
3. Vertical Architecture
- Shape the strategy for Client's ultra-luxury segment
- Define go-to-market priorities
- Build sustainable, repeatable referral channels
- Internal teams will manage design, technical detailing, and project execution.
- Your primary value is access, positioning, and closure.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 12-20+ years in high-value, luxury or premium sales

- Proven record of closing multi-crore transactions
- Comfortable operating in discreet, NDA-first environments
Network (Critical):
- Active access to HNI / UHNI founders and decision-makers
- Demonstrable relationship depth, not just contacts
- Ability to unlock or build a high-quality premium client database
Personal Attributes:
- Executive presence at the highest levels
- Ability to sell aspiration, exclusivity, and trust
- Commercially astute negotiator
- Calm, composed, and discreet
Success Metrics
- Qualified premium meetings per month
