The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and visualization best practices, and will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver accurate and meaningful analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Design and implement efficient data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including RPA tools, Smartsheet, and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Apply visualization best practices to communicate insights effectively to executive and operational audiences.
- Manage data validation, refresh schedules, and maintain proper documentation for reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
