ROLE PURPOSE
To build a predictable, stable, high-performance operations engine covering Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Quality, and Supply Chain as WorldOne grows from 32 crore to 60 crore and beyond.
You will be the single point owner of the Order-to-Dispatch system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Factory
- Monthly Weekly Daily planning
- Machine & labour optimisation
- Preventive maintenance
- Production output tracking
- Quality checkpoints
Inventory & Supply Chain
- RM / WIP / FG inventory management
- 100% stock visibility
- Storage optimisation
- FIFO discipline
- Safety stock levels
Dispatch & Logistics
- 99% dispatch accuracy
- 99% on-time dispatch
- Transport coordination
- Packaging QC
- Order fulfilment
