Job Description
ARR Recruitment Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Retainership and RPO services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to secure long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on promoting Retainership and RPO services.
Identify potential clients, markets, and industries for expanding our service offerings.
Client Acquisition:
Conduct market research to identify and target prospective clients for long-term partnerships.
Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through meetings, calls, emails, and presentations.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of Retainership and RPO models tailored to client needs.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met effectively.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure agreements in line with company policies.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues to ensure long-term engagement.
Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the recruitment team to align service delivery with client expectations.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service quality and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR solutions.
Proven track record of acquiring and managing Retainership or RPO clients.
Strong understanding of Retainership and RPO models, including pricing and delivery mechanisms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
