Seeking a results-driven commercial leader to spearhead the growth of our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Working Capital Solutions. You will be responsible for building a dominant market presence by strategically selling our digital SCF platform (FINESSART) to large corporates, financial institutions (Banks, NBFC), and their ecosystems. This is a hunter and farmer hybrid role, focused on acquiring new logos, forging strategic alliances, and driving revenue by solving complex working capital challenges with technology-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Impact:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for SCF solutions (Invoice Discounting, Dynamic Discounting, Reverse Factoring, Trade Finance), targeting key verticals like Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Auto, and Electronics.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Build and manage C-level relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs to create colending, referral, and platform partnership models that accelerate market reach.
- Solution Selling & Client Advisory: Conduct high-level diagnostic conversations with clients to understand their P&L and balance sheet pressures. Architect and present tailored SCF programs that optimize working capital for both buyers and suppliers.
- Ecosystem Coordination: Work seamlessly with internal product, technology, and risk teams, as well as external financial partners, to structure, price, and deliver seamless SCF implementations.
- Market Intelligence & Product Strategy: Serve as the voice of the market, providing critical feedback on product features, competitive landscape, and pricing to shape the future roadmap of the FINESSART SCF module.
What You Bring (Must-Have Requirements):
- Proven Commercial Track Record: 4-10 years of direct, quota-carrying sales/business development experience in Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or Working Capital Solutions.
- Deep Domain Expertise: Strong conceptual and practical understanding of SCF products (Payables/Receivables Finance), trade credit, balance sheet finance, and the working capital cycle. Experience in structuring deals.
- Established Network: A solid Rolodex of relationships within corporate treasuries (Large & Mid-Cap), and/or with Banks/NBFCs in the transaction banking/SCF departments.
- Hunter Mentality: A proven ability to open new doors, build a pipeline from scratch, and navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (Procurement, Treasury, Finance, IT).
- Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate the value of a digital SCF platform to both financial and non-financial audiences.

- You are a strategic seller, not just an order-taker. You consult with clients on their financial supply chain.
- You understand that success is measured in revenue closed, strategic partnerships signed, and market share gained.
- You are equally comfortable discussing credit risk with a banker and process efficiency with a corporate operations head.
- You are passionate about the digitization of finance and believe technology is key to scaling SCF programs.
