Were looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate and convert leads, build relationships with clients, and help scale our agencys business presence both in India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound lead calls, emails, and LinkedIn communication.
• Identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and close deals.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
  
• Research target markets, especially international clients (US, UK, Middle East).
• Maintain CRM records and track conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on agency trends, pricing models, and competitor positioning.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a marketing/design agency.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).

  Get Hired
  Comfortable with cold calling, client communication, and handling objections.
• Experience in managing international leads is a plus.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, or design services preferred.
