Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecom Recruiter located in Noida. Monday Work from home. The Telecom Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for telecom positions. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruiting strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, the Telecom Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for telecom engineering positions
• Strong understanding of telecom industry and technical requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers
• Proven ability to develop effective recruiting strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
