- Oversee revenue timelines and tracking, ensuring timely achievement of financial goals.
- Drive scaling initiatives with a focus on conversion as a key performance metric.
- Govern key areas and metrics related to talent acquisition business.
Requirements:
- At least 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search.
- Proven expertise in TA delivery operations, pricing discipline, revenue timelines, and revenue tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations with a strong emphasis on conversion metrics.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
