Job Title: Luxury Sales Manager

Location: Chennai

Role Overview

Artifex HR is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts in high-end real estate. This role involves managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets while embodying company standards of sophistication and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored real estate solutions.

2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing the entire sales process from consultation to transaction closure.

3. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

4. Market luxury properties effectively through client outreach, property tours, and presentations.

5. Generate high quality leads through systematic outreach, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.

6. Provide data-driven insights and prepare detailed reports on market conditions, pricing, and competition.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for showcasing premium properties.

9. Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and brand loyalty.

10. Contribute to the companys revenue targets by achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Luxury Real Estate Sales (preferred).
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
  5. Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and real estate-specific tools.
  6. Professional appearance, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
