About the role:
You will own the full new-business cycle — from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing contracts and handing over to delivery teams. Working closely with our pre-sales and technical architects, you'll translate complex IT solution capabilities into compelling value propositions tailored to each client's needs.
Day-to-day this means conducting market research, building a healthy pipeline, leading client presentations, and negotiating commercial terms — all within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What you'll do:
Identify, qualify, and pursue net-new business opportunities across target verticals through proactive outreach, market research, and industry networking
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and activity records
Lead client-facing discovery sessions and solution presentations, partnering with technical teams to design tailored IT proposals
Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring terms align with company margins and client expectations
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continually refine go-to-market strategies.
What we're looking for:

Proven track record in new business development in UAE— you can demonstrate pipeline built and deals closed from scratch.
Background in IT solutions sales in UAE— experience selling infrastructure, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or similar technology offerings.
Strong lead generation, market analysis, and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Nice to have
Existing network within the UAE.
Familiarity with sales pipeline and reporting tools (not limited to any specific platform)
