Job Description
- You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and accurately. You must adhere to a 9-hour shift schedule at the office, ensuring that customer issues are resolved within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Additionally, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system is essential.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be willing to work in rotational day or night shifts as per business requirements and be comfortable with an on-site role. Commitment to a 9-hour workday, 5 to 6 days a week is necessary.
Immediate availability for joining without any major planned time off in the next 23 months is a prerequisite for this position.
