Job Description

    As an Account Manager Sales, you will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to maximize profits. You will be expected to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Additionally, you will ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    You will be required to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and developing new business with existing clients will be essential aspects of your role. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, preparing reports on account status, and collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory are also key responsibilities.
    To be successful in this role, you should have proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a relevant role with at least 3 years of experience in IT/SAAS and B2B Sales. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level, is crucial. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is required.

    Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs, proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills are important for this role. A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.,
