Internship Profile Description:

Talent Acquisition is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

Responsibilities include:

? Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date

? Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback schedule

? Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the recruiting process

Requirements

? Basic office skills are preferred

? Organizational Skills required

? General knowledge of Boolean searches and job boards preferred

? Proficient in Microsoft Excel
