Project Manager Civil

Ghar Angan Interiors Contractor Pvt. Ltd. is seeking ahighly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Managerto lead and manage all company projects related tointerior and exterior & civil construction, works, and overall project execution.The ideal candidate should have a strong background inproject management, BOQ preparation, AutoCAD, drawing interpretation, Billing and expertise in furniture and fit-out items.

This role demandsstrong leadership, planning, and execution skillsto oversee multiple projects, coordinate with clients, vendors, and on-site teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project completion. The candidate should have an in-depth understanding ofmaterials, construction techniques, cost estimation, and quality control.

Key Skills & Requirements:-

??Project Management:Overseeing end-to-end project execution for civil, interior, and exterior works.

??BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation:Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs and cost analysis.

??AutoCAD & Drawings Interpretation:Strong knowledge of design drawings and their implementation.

??Furniture & Fit-Out Expertise:Understanding of furniture materials, installation, and finishing.

??Vendor & Client Coordination:Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and ensure client satisfaction.

??Quality & Safety Standards:Ensuring projects meet quality benchmarks and safety guidelines.

??Team Leadership:

??Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:Quick thinking to resolve on-site issues efficiently.

??Diverse Project Experience:Proven experience in handlinghotel, hospital, residential, and corporate interior,exterior & civil projects.

??Willingness to Relocate & Travel:Ready to relocate as per company requirements and travel frequently for project supervision.
