Job Description

Job Title: Head HR and IR

No. of Positions: 3 (Ahmedabad, Varanasi and Bengaluru)

Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a deep understanding of industrial relations, and a proven track record in driving organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Management:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Oversee dormitory management to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for employees.

2.Industrial Relations:

  • Develop and foster positive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
  • Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements.
  • Handle grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial relations laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with union representatives to address concerns and foster a collaborative work environment.

3.Transformation:

  • Lead and manage organizational transformation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive change.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align transformation initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 to 18 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on industrial relations and transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
