Manager / Sr. Manager - Exports Commercial

• Ensuring Trade Compliances :

1. Understanding the product nomenclature and assigning the right HS code.

2. Knowledge of Drawback rates and RoDTEP & Rostel rates and calculations.

3. Application of relevant FTAs for trade benefits.

4. Applying relevant COO applications and ensure approvals from Authorities.

5. CTPAT certification compliances.

6. Custom Invoice compliances.

7. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

8. Liaise with Customs for Self-sealing / RFID permission

• Planning & Execution :

1. Work on Projection Planning receipt from business forecasting, execute and monitor till seamless delivery.

2. Participate in new product planning processes, and monitor for timely delivery.

3. Coordinating with Marketing, PPC, Warehouse, transporter, CHA, Freight Forwarder

4. Managing of export dispatches from different plants & Job work centres

6. Sourcing Forwarders, shipping lines in coordination with local and international agencies, Understanding the laws of the land of different countries for material movement.

7. Guide WH or Job centre team for Vehicle/Container loading pattern (Cartons / Pallets/ GOH loading / flat pack loading etc.) and utilize vehicles/containers and avoid dead freight / under loading charges

8. Meeting cost, productivity and timeliness targets. Maintaining metrics and analysing data for assessing performance and driving improvements.

9. Ensure a specified percentage of LEO (ex-factory to handover) within strict timelines

10. Handle Customs queries

11. Tracking & monitoring the shipments.

• RequiredEducationalQualification:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred

• NumberofYearsofExperience:

Proven experience (5 years) in export pre-shipment and shipping operations, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Professional Exposure:

Should have managed exports of at least 50 containers a month from planning pre shipment post shipment and related activities consistently for 3 years.

SAP as ERP

Professional knowledge of Excel, Power point and proficiency in writing and speaking English.

Knowledge or experience in AI, VBA & Python will have an added advantage
