Shift Officer - QA Inspection (Non Yarn Dyed)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage shift production as per shift.
  
• Supervise operations of 10 mapping machines, 15 cutting machines, and 20 mending machines.
  
• Ensure continuous material supply to all machines to prevent downtime.
  
  
  
• Monitor and control the ageing of materials at the location.
  
• Oversee the smooth functioning of the department and shift activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with the 4-point inspection system and customer-specific requirements.
  
• Oversee packing operations and ensure adherence to quality and dispatch standards.

• 58 years of hands-on experience in the inspection and packing department, preferably in the textile industry.
  
• Strong understanding of production workflows, machine handling, and team coordination.
  
• Familiarity with quality control systems and textile industry standards.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage teams across shifts.
