Our Health care material division specialized in pharmaceutical excipients looks for the best candidate for the opening position.
Role Description
This is a customer service role engaged in the pharmaceutical market. There is a strong expectation to collaborate with customers in India and internal teams in Japan. A successful candidate will be the first contact responsible for receiving requests primarily pertaining to regulatory affairs and specialty excipients from customers/partners in India (potentially from other regions as well).
Your Mission- Handling regulatory requests (documentations/queries) from customers, being the first contact to the customers and QA team in Japan
- Supporting maintenance of regulatory documentations issued by headquarters.
- Coordinating technical agreements and audits upon requests from customers.
- Any additional items related to above tasks and GM HCM division instructions
- Occasionally, a trip to Japan might occur for a training purpose.
Qualifications
Education and experience required
- Masters degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, or related field.

- Experience as regulatory affairs and/or customer service representative in the pharmaceutical field for one year or more.
Suitable skills
- knowledge of regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical industry ( knowledge for nutraceutical industry is a plus).
- Good English communicator (Japanese language is a big plus)
- Relentless Enthusiasm for achieving High customer satisfaction on regulatory support for customers.
- A highly motivated, team player mentality.
- Cross cultural communication skills
- Interest for Japanese culture.
