Job Summary:
The Plant Manager oversees complete plant operations, ensuring production, quality, maintenance, and compliance objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage plant operations across departments.
- Ensure production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Maintains a clean, safe and disciplined work culture Has a strong focus on employee welfare and development
- Implement operational strategies to increase productivity.
- Control wastes, downtime, and operating costs.
- Implement systems like 5S, Kaizen, Lean.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance.
- Prepare budgets and plant performance reports.
- Maintain safe and disciplined work culture.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Engineering degree (BE/BTech) preferred.
- 10 To 20 years manufacturing experience with leadership roles.
- Strong decision-making and team management skills.
- Ex servicemen also welcome for this post
