Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement governance frameworks and category strategies for indirect procurement categories such as IT, Professional Services, Marketing Communications, and Travel.

- Create and maintain category playbooks to guide procurement operations and best practices.

- Oversee vendor performance management across all indirect categories, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and service-level expectations.

- Define, track, and report on vendor scorecards, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

- Conduct vendor performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

- Identify performance gaps within categories and implement timely corrective actions.

- Develop and execute escalation and issue-resolution processes to mitigate vendor risks and ensure compliance.

- Lead supplier audits, benchmarking, and improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier relationships and accountability.

- Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, and Procurement teams to enforce compliance, ensure governance, and maintain contractual integrity.

- Promote supplier innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization through structured governance and partnership.

- Lead and mentor a team of buyers within the category, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in vendor governance, supplier relationship management, or procurement operations.

- Proven expertise in contract compliance, SLA management, and supplier risk mitigation.

- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for vendor performance evaluation and strategic decision-making.

- Experience working with global supplier ecosystems, preferably within IT or professional services domains.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or MBA ; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
