AI Process Automation Specialist

Ascendo builds Physical AI agents for critical infrastructure. Operating as a coordinated digital workforce, 16 specialized agents automate 1,800+ complex service workflows out-of-the-box. Deployed in 8 Manufacturing industries, Ascendo ingests unstructured dark data to predict parts demand, operationalize technician expertise, and prevent field escalations before they occur.

Key Responsibilities – AI & Automation Development

• Build end-to-end automated workflows using Linkedin, Sales Navigator, Excel, Power Automate, Office Scripts, and other automation tools.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows using Claude for document processing, summarization, classification, and intelligent routing.
• Automate operational processes such as reporting, data entry, approvals, ticket management, notifications, and compliance workflows.

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Redesign inefficient processes before automation for scalability and sustainability.
• Document as-is and to-be process states clearly and consistently.

Testing, Deployment & Governance

• Test workflows for accuracy, reliability, and security.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for automated systems.
• Manage versioning, updates, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with operations, customer success, sales, and engineering teams.
• Train internal users on new tools and workflows.
• Maintain reusable scripts, templates, and AI workflow libraries.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and Office Scripts.
• Experience with Power Automate including flows, connectors, triggers, approvals, and logic apps.
• Familiarity with Claude or other LLMs such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Confortable managing, messaging on linkedin and growing linkedin community
