Accounts Lead

Hiring for one of our clients, Indias first company to design, develop, and commercialize fully indigenous solar inverters and EV DC fast chargers, with 100% Indian hardware, firmware, and software. The company is being led by founders from IIM Bangalore and IIT Bombay (PhD), and backed by investors who have built and exited companies like Aspiring Minds and Delhivery.

Job Summary:

Were looking for someone to manage end to end accounts, compliance, payroll with support from

advisors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage accounts payable including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts receivable by raising invoices, tracking collections, and ageing reports.
• Ensure GST compliance including return filings, reconciliations, and statutory payments.
• Process monthly payroll with accurate salary calculations and statutory deductions.
• Handle legal and regulatory compliance in coordination with external legal and compliance
• advisors.
• Maintain shareholder records and support shareholder agreements and corporate filings.
• Handle finance-related administrative tasks, expenses, and documentation.

What Were Looking For:

• 2-6 years of work experience
• Manufacturing or start up experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and fast learner
