Project Management services scope, for all sectors-

Scope of advisory services:

• Technical feasibility (green-field, brown-field, renovation)
• Cost feasibility
• Project execution planning o Property Improvement Plans (PIP) o Procurement strategy
• Programming
• Design review & audit
• Construction audit
• Operational MEP audit o Energy audit

Development

• Prepare case studies of past assignments
• Provide operational support to hospitality partner HOTELIVATE and develop partnerships with other industry consultants (healthcare, retail)
• Participate in business development along with MD by making presentations to hotel operators, industry consultants, and prospective clients

• Prepare technical & financial proposals for tailored advisory services and negotiate appointment terms with clients

Delivery

• Prepare assignment execution plan (timelines, resources) and lead internal team and partners to produce plans, cost estimates, schedules, etc.
• Prepare client reports and make presentations
• Manage billing and payment collection
• Market engineering/PM services to client post assignment and coordinate further proposals with MD (engineering/PM proposal can be added to the role later)

What we are looking for:

Experience

• 17-22 years of mixed experience in the construction industry (preferably in development/pre-construction or planning role) and in a consultancy firm (providing advisory services to real estate/ engineering/construction industry)

Essential skills & competencies:

• BArch or BE/BTech. Post-graduate business degree is a plus.
• High level of integrity and leadership. Good team player.
• Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze a project, prepare a methodology, and draw conclusions).
• Ability to understand our clients business and needs, and draw the appropriate development strategy
• Good attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and English communication skills with proven ability to write structured & concise reports
