Chief Manager - Retail Sales - Mutual Fund

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Manager to lead the Retail Sales channel across Mumbai, responsible for managing multiple branches, driving AUM growth, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role involves executing regional sales strategies, expanding distributor networks including IFAs and key accounts, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining operational excellence and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales - Mutual Fund (IFA/MFD Channel):

- Driving AUM growth and achieving sales targets through the IFA and MFD channels.
- Managing and expanding relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), National Distributors, and key channel partners.
- Acquiring new distributors and increasing business from existing partners.
- Conducting distributor meetings, investor awareness programs, and product presentations.
- Providing market updates, product training, and investment solutions to channel partners.
- Driving SIP, lumpsum, and equity/debt fund mobilization across the assigned territory.
- Managing branch operations, distributor engagement, and business development activities.
- Monitoring market share, competitor activities, and regional business opportunities.
- Ensuring achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating Relationship Managers and sales teams to deliver business objectives.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal operational standards.
- Building strong relationships with HNIs, wealth managers, and institutional partners to enhance business growth.
