VP Of Product

Role Summary:

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary VP of Product to lead their multi-vertical product ecosystem, scale product execution across squads, and drive alignment between business strategy, regulatory requirements, and user needs.

This role will define and evolve their product operating model — enabling them to scale rapidly while delivering world-class experiences for high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and retail users across Earn, Lending, OTC, Custody, and Payments products.

You’ll be responsible for setting product vision, optimizing team performance, and ensuring their product portfolio delivers measurable business value in a regulated and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the business goals, market positioning, and regulatory environment.
• Identify opportunities to innovate across product verticals and ensure they build scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions.

Execution & Delivery

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Drive execution through structured prioritization frameworks (e.g., 3+1), initiative sizing, and measurable goals.
• Align product timelines with company objectives and resource capacity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Strategy, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure cohesive planning and delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication, shared understanding, and joint ownership of product outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale a team of strong product managers.
• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, feedback, learning, and growth.
• Establish rituals, review cycles, and team processes that drive clarity and accountability.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define and track key product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, profitability, retention).
• Use data to inform strategy, optimize experiences, and prioritize iterations.

Customer & Market Focus

• Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet the needs of high-value users (HNWIs, institutional clients, and retail segments).
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive benchmarks to shape differentiated offerings.

Requirements Experience:

• 10+ years in product leadership roles within fintech, crypto, SaaS, or regulated industries.
