Job Description
- 1 to 2 years of experience in coordinating and scheduling interviews for US recruitment team across multiple positions, managing complex calendars and time zone considerations
- Act as liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment team members to ensure smooth interview logistics and communication
- Utilize ATS platforms and scheduling tools to track candidate progress, send confirmations, and maintain accurate interview records
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through professional communication, timely updates, and efficient coordination of interview processes
- Support recruitment team operations by managing interview feedback collection, rescheduling requests, and ensuring compliance with hiring protocols
- Must be willing to work night shift to support US time zones
