Business Development Officer - Retail Sales

What role you will play in team: Grow sales in the assigned region, by opening new accounts and developing relationships with existing retailers and customers.

What you will do: You will be responsible for the sales growth in assigned region, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and develop new retail accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts.
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• 
  Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the paint or building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
