Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with extensive experience in the BFS domain to join our team.
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad
Roles & Key Responsibilities:
Provide solution inputs as needed and review the solutions
Ensure the team follows the best practices as defined
Review the individual team BA's solution at a solution or high level so that dependencies across solutions/scrum teams, solution integration/touch points and risks/delays are identified and raised to the program manager at scrum of scrums
Run or anchor demos at program level to core team or sponsors
Plan for the individual BA’s work and help them perform successfully at their squad
Ensure reusable elements between squads are identified to optimize the work and team efforts
Technical Skills:
Core/Digital banking
Scrum Process
Agile Experience
Financial investment and banking experience
