Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs to improve team performance and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating training materials, delivering engaging presentations, coaching sales staff, and developing strategies to enhance customer service skills. The role also involves tracking training outcomes and refining programs to align with organizational objectives.
