The program is highly cross-functional in nature and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created. To drive our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will be focused on supporting profitability and speed improvement initiatives. You should have excellent business and communication skills and be able to work with business owners to develop and define operational goals and metrics. Key job responsibilities • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions • Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve marketing campaign targeting and measurement in the future • Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format • Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role • Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling concept and building new DW tables • Working knowledge of R/ Python and other analytics platforms
