Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Brand: ENOX (Retail)
Location: Pune
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager – ROM, MP & CG
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive retail sales for the ENOX brand in designated regions of Pune. The role will focus on expanding business through a robust channel partner network, managing key accounts, and increasing secondary and tertiary sales by engaging with architects, contractors, fabricators, OEMs, and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue targets for ENOX Retail business within the assigned territory.
  • Evaluate performance of existing channel partners and identify gaps; share insights with the Regional Manager.
  • Expand market presence by onboarding new channel partners aligned with company criteria.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across product categories through retail activations.
  • Identify and engage key influencers including carpenters, architects, contractors, and builders via regular training sessions and meets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and support in effective working capital management.
  • Drive brand visibility through territory-specific promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Conduct structured product knowledge sessions for channel partner stakeholders.
  • Increase secondary sales through improved counter presence, retail reach, and product visibility.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to support forecasting and planning.
Skills & Competencies
  • Sound understanding of retail distribution in the building materials industry (hardware/glass segments preferred).

    Strong connect with local architects and influencers in the assigned geography.
  • Professional discipline, work ethics, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and driven with high execution capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and follow through till closure.
Educational & Experience Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 8–10 years of total experience, preferably in retail building materials, hardware, or glass segments.
