Job Description

You will play a crucial role in leading and guiding team members, providing governance expertise throughout the integration project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include advocating for and contributing to development best practices and integration strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design high-quality integration solutions that are secure, self-maintaining, and resilient.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers to ensure solutions meet requirements and expected specifications.
- Create initial integration designs by coordinating with Integrated Applications/Platforms Solution architects.
- Provide a detailed task breakdown with estimates.
- Delegate tasks and conduct peer code reviews.
- Act as a team manager for assigned members, bridging between PO/SDM and team.
- Coordinate with integrated application teams during testing phases.
- Design and develop JavaScript when required.
- Lead, guide, and motivate junior team members to achieve organizational goals.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Proven development experience (9 years+) in any coding language (e.g., .NET/Java) as a senior developer managing software projects.
- Good understanding of platform/application/integration development principles and best practices.
- Experience in formal software release and deployment management.

- Results-oriented with good team collaboration skills.
- Strong experience in application development and ERP system integration.
- More than 5 years of development experience in any coding language.
- API development knowledge and understanding of the API lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, .NET Framework, Integration Platforms (e.g., Boomi), DevOps, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with automation and software/product development lifecycle.
