Associate Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Producer in Ubisoft Pune. As a team player, you will work closely with entire game development team to design, plan and execute feature development and live ops for our game.

Positions objectives:

As an Associate Producer, you will be responsible for leading responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team and project collaborating with other Ubisoft studios. You will use your experience and proven track record to achieve the production objectives and to ensure that the team members remain inspired, committed and highly motivated to deliver a benchmark mobile game.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day management of production and project management with team members.
• Mediate cross-discipline situations and have focus on delivery within the team and the project.
• Provide reports on tasks and issues relating to project management and the project, both within the team and the studio.
• Collaborate with leads and producer to plan, prioritize tasks, execute, and track milestones effectively
• Accountable for resolving issues/blockers
• Be involved with team activities to ensure a positive team morale.
• Communicate with the Producer daily to ensure accurate, up to date information is provided.
• Act as a Scrum Master - facilitate sprint planning, conduct daily standup meetings, hold sprint retrospective meetings, hold sprint reviews, and organize Scrum teams.
• Assist in the development of schedules that translate project goals into action.
  
• Monitor same schedule, budget, resources, and deadlines.
• Assist team in adhering to project schedule and budgets.
• Be fully autonomous, creative, solution oriented and carry positive can-do attitude.

• Proven experience of 3+ years in game management domain on various titles (mobile preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming and should have handled team with multiple people.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong understanding of KPIs (downloads, engagement, revenue) and live operations of game.
• Ensure that the timeline is fulfilled with the given constraints and live-ops events/ feature releases are successful.
• Experience working with production tools (Eg: JIRA, Confluence, Excel) . Ability to quickly adapt to change and work effectively under pressure.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Knowledge of software development using Scrum and proper Scrum practices.
• Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills.
• Must be responsible, proactive, accountable, and personable.
