Job responsibilities:

• 
  Own Intercompany Reconciliations with sister agencies within the Stagwell Network.
• Ensure all intercompany agreements are set up and signed by both parties
• Communicate and reconcile intercompany transactions on monthly basis
• Run weekly/bi-weekly meetings with other agencies to ensure P&L alignment
• Ensure all intercompany jobs are set up accordingly adhering to ASC 606
• Assist Revenue Manager with Revenue Recognition and Reconciliation in accordance with ASC 606 and ensure SOX Compliance requirements for the assigned ASM ROW Region
• Assist with monthly revenue reconciliation for multiple revenue streams
• Assist with monthly revenue journal entries; must be comfortable with debits and credits and the effects on the income statement and balance sheet.
• Prepare reconciliations for Fee & Work In Progress/Advanced Billings & Deferred Fee and ensure SOX Compliance requirements
• Liaise with job team to ensure jobs are set up as per contracts.
• Additionally, communicate any actions to open jobs in ERP system deemed necessary.
• Assist with Client Audits
• Assist with external and stat audits for Revenue, WIP/Advanced related items
• Assist with Commercial Compliance

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formula, Power Query, automation, ability to handle high volume of data)
• Ability to quickly pull together/consolidate data
• Independent and entrepreneurial; ability to work with minimal direction
• Strong skills in communication, attention to detail, organization, teamwork collaboration, and taking ownership of deliverables
• Ability to handle competing deliverables with quick turnaround times
• Well-organized with strong people skills and ability to evaluate and communicate with Clients and Agency leaders
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.
• Media agency experience
• Experience with MediaOcean (media system)
• Experience with Maconomy (accounting system)
