Performance Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role will work across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display, taking ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution while helping drive best practices and innovation across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display.
• Own campaign performance from setup through reporting and optimisation.
• Develop media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  
• Manage client relationships and contribute to strategic planning and performance reviews.
• Identify testing opportunities and implement new optimisation strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
• Experience working across the MENA region, with a strong background in e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, attribution, and optimisation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate media performance into business impact.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
