Assistant Procurement Manager
Work Dynamics
What this job involves:
Your role will involve managing and coordinating receipt, issue and tracking consumption of material/goods on behalf of JLL. You will be responsible for making decisions about stock control, preparing budgets, scheduling procurement, analysing variances and initiating corrective action. Following would be your key deliverables:
Ordering, receiving, issuing and controlling stock of goods/material
Liaison with operations teams as necessary to forecast and plan to meet the supply and demand with relevant quality
Hands-on experience in technology-based inventory management tools
Administration of stock and reporting as necessary
Carryout procurement and store audits
Defining specifications of goods in consolation with operations team
Maintaining database of vendors/suppliers’ category wise
Preparing inventory MIS reports

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

  3+ years’ experience into stores/inventory management


• Proficient in MS Office applications
